Under normal circumstances, the submersible pump for wells only has outgoing cables when it leaves the factory, and users need to connect the cables themselves during installation, so the cable connection must be correct, otherwise it will have a great impact on the use of the submersible pump. When connecting the cable, be sure to pay attention to the accuracy of the method, otherwise it will have a great impact on the use of the deep well submersible pump. Let’s analyze it in detail:
Deep well submersible pump wiring:
1. Remove the insulation without damaging the conductors. The exposed copper wire is 35-40mm, not more than 60mm, and the length of the three wires is staggered. Scrape off the insulating paint film of the conductors to ensure that the joints are free of oil, water and other debris.
2. Divide the joint into several strands (no less than 6 strands) and divide them evenly. Cross the two joints together, the length of the fork should line up with the insulation on both ends.
3. Bring the strands together and wind from one strand in the middle section to one end and the other end in the same way. If possible, wrap the connector tightly with pliers. Hang the connector with tin for better results.
4. First wrap the wound in two layers with ordinary black tape, wrapping is very important. Wrap 3 layers with self-adhesive tape (black), squeeze each layer by hand once to ensure the quality of the bag. Then wrap two layers with plastic insulating tape.
5. Arrange the small joints first, wrap 5 layers (not less than 4 layers) with pressure-sensitive tape, and wrap the cable sheath more than 25mml. Wrap the 3 layers with plastic insulating tape, about 5mm past the previous layer at both ends. In order to prevent the friction of the dressing layer when going down the well, use a bicycle inner tube with a width of 50mm and a suitable length, file it on both sides, apply glue, and wrap a layer of protection around the joint.
Kind tips:
1. Check the motor insulation before packing the connector, and connect it only after meeting the requirements of the manual. After wrapping the joint, be sure to soak it in room temperature water for 12 hours, measure the insulation, and then enter the well after meeting the requirements.
2. Both tapes are elastic and should be tightened when wrapping. After the first layer of the terminal is wrapped, it should be wrapped in the original place, and it will fall off after a long time.
3. When wrapping each joint, the wrapping layer of tape must exceed the previous layer by more than 5mm.
4. When wrapping three single-core wires, roll the auxiliary tape into a triangle and pad it into the pores to prevent moisture from infiltrating.
